$5 ground shipping via UPS for orders in the United States.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Internet Return Policies:

It is our goal to ensure that you have an excellent shopping experience with us and are satisfied. If you have questions about the return policy and procedure, please call us.

All sale items, undergarments, jewelry, handbags and home items are final sales and cannot be returned.

Pivot will accept other return requests within 10 business days of receipt of purchase. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition and still have all original tags attached. Pivot is not responsible for Return shipping costs.

Please Follow this Procedure for Returns:
  1. Email to request a Return Authorization number within 10 business days of merchandise receipt.
  2. Once Pivot has issued your Return Authorization number, send the item back to Pivot with the Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box.
  3. All return shipments must be sent prepaid.
  4. All returns must be received by Pivot within 10 business days of Return Authorization issuance.

Pivot will credit customers through their original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit will be for merchandise only, not shipping costs.

International Order Policies:

Billing and shipping addresses must be the same when placing an international order. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this policy. International orders will be shipped by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, unless you contact us for other arrangements.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or tariffs, if any, charged by customs. Pivot is not responsible for these fees and cannot predict them either. Please check with your country's customs house to determine if any additional fees will be applied to your shipment.

If customer refuses to pay customs fees, the shipment is returned to Pivot. Pivot will deduct those charges and any other customs charges from the customer's refund of item's original price.

International Returns must follow the same procedure as above.
